Sales Funnel Design
- A client reached out for help setting up a funnel for the Digital Wealth Academy course. She wanted a smooth, user-friendly site, so we created a sales page to showcase the program's benefits.
- To start, we created a squeeze page offering a free downloadable PDF guide. This freebie helps collect leads and grow her email list. Once someone opts in, they receive the guide via email and are redirected to the sales page.
- After opting in, users are redirected to the sales page, which offers the main mid-ticket product with two payment options.
- Customers who purchase receive a confirmation email with course access and Telegram support instructions.
- For leads who haven't purchased, we set up an email nurturing campaign with digital marketing tips and a link to the sales page.
- We built the funnel in Systeme.io, which offers a freemium plan. This allows her to set up her funnel and automation, getting her started on her digital marketing journey.
Sales Funnel Revamp Design
- This is a sales funnel revamp for a client who owns a podcast agency and plans to launch her course and community on Systeme.io.
- Upon reviewing her initial sales page, I noticed the sections were not structured properly and the page was not optimized. We redesigned it to be more structured and professional, which is crucial for building trust and showcasing the course benefits.
- We also revamped the funnel pages, including the order form and thank you pages, and ensured all pages are mobile-optimized, as most users browse on their phones. This improves visual appeal and readability, encouraging longer visits.
- After a successful payment, students receive a confirmation email and their login credentials to access the course and join the community. The client offers four payment plan options, providing flexibility for her customers.
- We tested the payment and email automations to ensure smooth operation. Her sales funnel, course, and community are now all hosted on Systeme.io.

I’m a Funnel and Web Designer for female coaches and service-based entrepreneurs.
Back in college, I fell in love with design while chasing my Bachelor’s in Computer Science. I dreamed of being a web developer, but life had other plans.
Fast forward to today, armed with the right tools, a great community, and lots of know-how, I’m super excited to dive into my passion for creating sales pages and websites.
I get it – being a female coach or service-based entrepreneur isn’t easy. Standing out and managing the business side of things can be a real challenge. But that’s where I come in.

What platform do you use for website and funnel building?
I’m currently using WordPress Elementor Pro and Systeme.io for website and funnel building.
However, if you have another option in mind, feel free to let me know, and I’ll check it out. Builders may differ in user interfaces but share similar concepts; you just need to call and use the right elements.
How long does it take to build a website and funnel?
The time required depends on the complexity and number of pages for the website. Generally, it will take 4-5 weeks.
For funnels, the duration also varies based on the number of pages. If it’s a simple landing page or lead funnel, it can be completed in 1-2 weeks.
Do I need a website or a funnel?
Nowadays, every business needs both a website and a funnel because a significant portion of the population uses the internet. Not having a website or funnel may put you at a disadvantage compared to your competitors.
Having both is beneficial, and the decision depends on your main goal, business model, and where most transactions occur. For instance, if you have a specific offer, creating a Sales page and promoting it on social media can enhance your organic marketing efforts or using ads to reach a broader audience.
Are there any other costs I should keep in mind, apart from your quoted rate?
Yes, there are a couple of additional expenses, such as your domain name and business email if you don’t have one yet. Systeme.io does have a freemium plan, but subscribing to their paid plan can help you make the most of their features.
If you plan to build your website on WordPress, the additional expenses include hosting, a domain name (usually the hosting provider offers a free domain name), a business email, and Elementor Pro.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, I’ve got a range of payment plans outlined in the proposal. We can chat more about them and figure out what works best for you.
What happens after the website is launched?
I will provide support until your website is successfully launched. Additionally, I’ll offer basic guides so you can edit your website independently.
I’ll provide a two-week post-project support period during which you can reach out to me for any further questions.
